Neil Klasky is an experienced business affairs executive with a diverse background that includes business and legal affairs experience across all platforms, representing studios, networks, agencies and talent. Currently, Klasky is consulting full-time for CBS Television Studios and has worked in-house in the same capacity at cable net TNT and ABCS. Talent side clients include a mega-church, a documentary filmmaker, an animator, authors and life-rights holders and dozens of writer/producers. Prior to his consulting work, Klasky headed up multiple business and legal affairs departments with a focus on scripted programming. At FX Productions, Klasky oversaw all business and legal affairs work for such signature programming as It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Sons Of Anarchy, Archer, Damages, Louie and The League. Klasky left Fox to oversee the business and legal affairs department of A+E Networks Group where he was responsible for handling all of the scripted programming across 10 networks, including such programming as Army Wives and Drop Dead Diva for Lifetime, Bates for A&E and Vikings and Hatfields & Mccoys for the History Channel. Klasky has unique expertise navigating the guilds and analyzing financial models. Klasky has also taught courses in business affairs at The New York Film Academy. Klasky earned his undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude, and his JD at Loyola Law School.
